Buying a licence

Scanning and CSV/JSON export are free and unlimited. The analysis dashboard is $30 one-time, lifetime — one purchase, no subscription, no renewal.

Common questions

I pasted my key and it says the signature does not match. The key is one long line. If your email client wrapped it, make sure you copied the whole thing — the extension tolerates line breaks, but not a missing piece.

Can I use one key on more than one computer? Yes. Paste it again on each Chrome profile where you want the dashboard. There is no activation limit.

I reinstalled the extension and my scans are gone. Uninstalling Chrome extensions erases their local storage, and AdSurfer keeps everything on your machine. Your licence key still works — keep the email it came in. Scans cannot be recovered, so export anything you want to keep.

Why does one scan open in the dashboard and another does not? On the free plan the dashboard opens one scan, chosen the first time you open one. Scanning and exporting stay free for every competitor either way.

Known limits

• A cookie-less scan cannot see age-restricted ads, which need a signed-in Google session.
• The winner score is a ranking heuristic based on how long ads ran. Google publishes no spend, clicks or conversions, so it is not a measure of profit.
